We had never been to Idaho but had an interest in moving to the Treasure Valley area. We headed to Idaho one weekend in winter and Barry took us to 25 homes in four communities on a Saturday. We definitely obtained a feel for the different areas and narrowed our search to Meridian and Eagle. While waiting for our house in Cali to go on the market and sell, Barry recommended a fantastic magnate high school for my son. My son proceeded to audition and was admitted to the school. My son was mistreated by his classmates in Cali so finding the right school was critical and Barry was instrumental in that goal. Once our house sold in Cali, Barry immediately found us a number of options that fit all our criteria. He worked the deal so that escrow in Idaho closed 2 days after escrow in Cali. It could not have gone smoother for a very stressful situation. Barry is extremely responsive and understood our needs completely. We never saw the house in person until the day we moved into it. We were blown away. It definitely exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give Barry more stars and I would recommend him to everyone, especially if you are coming from out of state. Barry knows what is involved since he moved to Idaho from Cali as well. We love our new state.
